Junior Tobias is the Creative Director of Dynamic Visuals. Based in Bakersfield, CA, he works where business strategy and visual storytelling meet. With a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, Junior brings intentional thinking to every creative decision across Southern California and beyond.

Raised in a family of business owners in Kern County, Junior learned early how strong brands are built with purpose . As social media grew, so did his passion for visuals, storytelling, and brand identity. With over 13 years of experience in photography, videography, and marketing, he approaches every project with both creativity and clear strategy.
